PRICING AND PAYMENT

 

All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. All prices set forth on the Site and stated herein are based on current costs and subject to change without notice and payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between User and Sweet Yard Sale, LLC

 

If a User submits an order on the Site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method.

 

Production of all items ordered is subject to the terms outlined below in the “Printing Turnaround Time” section, and will not begin until an order is fully paid, including tax, shipping and handling fees, if applicable.

 

Once the User has submitted an order, the order will be “In Production” and no changes will be allowed to the print files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After an order is In Production, the entire amount of the order along with applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees shall be deemed fully paid and non-refundable, except as provided for in the Return & Refund Policy below. Additional Service Fees, List Purchase and USPS Postal Costs are non-refundable.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Sweet Yard Sale, LLC, we strive to provide our Users with the best possible experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department. Our representative will document your complaint and attempt to provide satisfaction.

 

100% Refund or reprint on any individual signs received in unusable condition (proof required)

100% Free expedited reprint on any orders not delivered (proof required)

 

All policies are subject to change without prior notification. Refunds and reprints shall not exceed the amount paid by the User or $200.00 (whichever is less). Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of Sweet Yard Sale, LLC. In most cases, Users will be required to ship the defective products back to customer service. Free expedited reprint on any orders lost in transit is limited to orders less than or equal to $100. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and manager’s discretion. Users should understand our shipping and turnaround times before ordering.

 

SALES TAX POLICY

 

Sweet Yard Sale, LLC charges sales tax on orders picked up from or shipped to an address within the state of California unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your tax exemption certificate.

If, after the User has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the User must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority or immediately reimburse the provider for any additional taxes paid.

 

ORDERS AND PROOFS

 

Users should make sure all information submitted as part of their order (shipping address, sign details, etc) is accurate. Sweet Yard Sale, LLC will not refund payment or reprint free of charge orders that were submitted incorrectly.

If requested, an online and/or emailed proof will be available for your review after we have received payment. Actual time will vary depending on our current workload. User should understand that proofs will delay order completion and delivery. Jobs with proof requests will be paused for 2 business days to allow for a change request from the user. If no communication is received by the end of the second business day, the proof will be considered approved and the order will be completed and shipped.

An online proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout and final text.

The proof should be checked for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement. User is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof.

 

CANCELLATION

 

An order may not be canceled once it has been produced.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Digital File Orders

Both arrow directions will be included (2 files). Customization details should be added at checkout. Digital file orders placed by 12:00 Noon Monday – Friday, will be ready to download by 6pm the same day. Digital file orders placed after 12:00 Noon or on a weekend or national holiday, will be ready to download by 6pm the following business day.

 

Printed Sign Orders

Printed sign orders will generally be shipped via USPS. Printed sign orders placed by 12:00 Noon Monday – Friday, will ship by 4pm the next day. Digital file orders placed after 12:00 Noon or on a weekend or national holiday, will ship by 4pm on the second business day after the order is received.

 

There is no order processing on the weekends unless there is unusually high demand. Users should plan carefully to ensure their signs will be ready when they are needed.

 

COLOR ACCURACY

 

Sweet Yard Sale, LLC uses 3rd party digital printing services. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for color matching or ink density.

 

NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS

 

Sweet Yard Sale, LLC is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

 

  • Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors
  • Color variation
  • Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, and arrow direction
  • Duplicate orders submitted by the User
  • Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address
  • Damage to products after delivery to User

User is responsible for reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Sweet Yard Sale, LLC reserves the right to use the most appropriate carrier for the required transit time and destination. Please remember that any estimated shipping transit times are based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by the carrier.

 

Sweet Yard Sale, LLC’s responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and turning it over to the carrier for shipping. Shipping transit times vary and Sweet Yard Sale, LLC assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

 

Sweet Yard Sale, LLC is not liable for damages that occur during shipping. Sweet Yard Sale, LLC reserves the right to modify the shipping option selected by you and retain any related difference in charges between shipping options, where Sweet Yard Sale, LLC completes the job prior to the turnaround time selected by you and there will be no adverse material impact on the target arrival date (see Target Arrival section below).

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of your final printing job. If we determine that your job contains manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun your job at no charge.

All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of Sweet Yard Sale, LLC. Although these materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Please note that your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.
